Broccoli with Creamy Dill Sauce

- 1 lb Broccoli
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- ¾ cup Fresh Dill
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1. Cut the broccoli into small florets and the stalks into even smaller pieces. Add floret pieces and stalks to boiling salted water and let boil for 4–5 minutes. The broccoli should be bright green and still crisp.
- 2. In a medium bowl mix mayonnaise and dill until well blended. Salt and pepper to taste.
- 3. Drain the broccoli and add to the mayonnaise dill mixture and mix well. Add more salt and pepper is needed.
