- 1 cup Oil of your choice
- 1 Egg (room temp)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice, fresh (optional)
- ¼ tsp Salt (optional)
- 1. Put in a mason jar and blend with an Emerson blender for 30 seconds.
- 2. Chill in refrigerator. Good for 2 weeks.
Tip: Egg must be room temperature. Chose oils that are good fats and light in flavor for best taste. Using lemon juice and salt helps preserve the mayo to last longer. Try adding mustard, garlic, pepper or other seasonings for different tastes. By KC Keto Life
