- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Curry Powder
- 1. Mix mayonnaise and curry in a small bowl. Add more curry to taste.
- 2. Let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes or more to allow the flavors to come together.
Tip: There are a lot of different curry powders so chose the one you like. They vary by heat and taste. Goes great with chicken, pork, turkey or lamb. Keep in the fridge up to 4–5 days.
