Baby Bok Choy Medley
Dosage: Fat 79% Protein 10% Carbs 12%
- 2 Zucchini (medium), chopped
- 1 Yellow Squash (medium), chopped
- 1 cup Onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Butter (grass-fed)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- In a medium to large sauté pan (I use a wok) over medium heat add Olive Oil and Butter until warm and melted.
- Add Zucchini, Squash and onion and continue cooking and stirring for about 15-20 minutes or until softened but not too much.
- Salt & Pepper to taste then serve.
