Savory Keto Gravy
Dosage: Fat 96% Protein 8% Carbs 0%
- 2 cups Chicken or Beef Bone Broth
- ½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 4 tbsp Kerry Gold Butter
- Handful of fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, sage)
- ½ tsp Xanthan Gum (thicken gravy, optional)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1. In a medium size pan add bone broth, heavy whipping cream, butter and whisk together. Bring to a boil and then turn down to a low simmer.
- 2. Add fresh herbs and continue simmering for 15 minutes. The longer you simmer the more the ingredients will blend together, reduce and slightly thicken.
- 3. Sprinkle xanthan gum to thicken the gravy, if desired. Simmer for a few minutes longer. I prefer thicker gravy. It’s delicious!!
